A Vodka Martini

Here is a recipe:

1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz dry vermouth

Shake vodka and vermouth together with several ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an olive and serve.

Commonly known as the "Vodka Martini" more correctly, a "Vodka Cocktail"...looks pretty easy right?

In Yamhill, ordering a Vodka Martini is like having three two inch high number 6's branded onto your forehead -or something similar. It is our humble goal to bring some of that fancy pants Hawaii vibe to this corner of Oregon, one fancy pants glass at a time.
