Blogging=Cable Access Show

The blog Lelo in Nopo asks the difficult question, "Is having a blog like having a cable access show?"

If having a blog is like being a local cable access T.V. star, I would like to use these folks as guide for new bloggers and rising late night cable personalities:

Auntie Marialani :(a fictional character you may say, so what?)

RonBo: Oceanic Cable Access aerobic workout instructor and martial arts master, philosopher, and provider of commentary on life's foibles.

Bu La'ia: If you don't know, no ask.

Bruddah Sam and Lina Girl: So what? You hungry?

Follow these examples dear writers, and give the Internet a fat lip.

Oddly enough, I took this before I read the local Hawaii news this morning. =(

Aloha, Aloha: Aloha Airline halts passenger service

Now That's Low

Still listening to ObZen. I spotted this:

Bleed

Currently listening to Meshuggah as loud as my little laptop speakers can possibly go.

Bleed

Meshuggah is currently playing at the Roseland in Portland.

One More for March 29th

Happy Anniversary!

Biblical Weather.

It snowed again in Yamhill. Then, it rained. It snowed again, it rained some more. When i thought there was enough of a break in the weather to do some work, I suited up and headed for the paddock. Didn't see the hail and freezing rain coming. No sir. The sucky muck (or mucky suck) conditions made it near impossible to wheelbarrow around the paddock. I can take the hint; work time over. Time to ponder the questions of late lunch and the metaphysical.

I think it's time to get inside when you can hear your boots making mud suck sounds over your metal cranking iPod. I think.
